We all feel lonely at some point in our lives. It feels as if we are cut off from the whole world, as if no one is able to understand us, as if no one understands our needs. But the truth is that these feelings come from within us, from our thinking.
We often get peace and comfort from loneliness. But when this loneliness penetrates deep inside and starts breaking us, then it becomes necessary that we recognize and understand it. Many times we break down because we feel that we are so alone that no one needs us anymore. But in reality this is an illusion of our thinking.
It is possible that no one is visible in front of us, but someone is always there for us - sometimes in memories, sometimes in prayers, sometimes in support from an unknown person.
First of all we have to believe that our own value and presence matters. If we recognize ourselves, the world will also recognize us.
Loneliness is not a permanent condition. It is a state of mind that can be changed.
Life cannot be lived alone, but it cannot be lived in fear of loneliness either.
Start understanding your purpose, your identity and your journey. Loneliness will go away on its own.
