Holi Bhang Thandai


1 1/2 liters of water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon almonds
1 teaspoon Melon seeds
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 teaspoon fennel
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder or 15 cardamom seeds
1/2 teaspoon rose water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup dry rose petals


Soak sugar in water and keep aside.
Then wash and dry all dry materials and soak them in 2 cups of water and keep aside.
Keep these soaked ingredients for 2 hours. Later grind them into fine paste. Mix the remaining water in the paste.
Now take a muslin cloth and fill this material in it, squeeze the material well and drop it into a pot.
After that add some water again in the material and press it well.
Now add milk, sugar and rose water to the pan.
If you are using cardamom powder, mix it with milk.
