Char Dham in Braj was built by Lord Krishna for his Parents

Lord Krishna had built Char Dham for his mother Yashoda and father Nand Baba on the land of Braj itself. By the way, these four Dham - Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath are located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. Lord Krishna, seeing his parents going on the journey of Char Dham and seeing the difficulties of Char Dham Yatra, had invoked the Char Dham on the land of Braj itself. After this all the pilgrimages came to Braj one by one. It is also believed that people's wishes are fulfilled only by visiting these Char Dham.

Nand Baba and Yashoda Remembered the Char Dham Yatra

Nand Baba and Yashoda had taken a vow even in their old age when they had no children, that if they would get a child, they would visit the Char Dham.

After Krishna's Gaucharan Leela, Nand Baba and Yashoda remembered their vow to visit Chardham. After this he started preparing to go on pilgrimage. When Shri Krishna returned home after grazing the cows, he saw that preparations were being made in the house. The bullock cart is being decorated. On this, Krishna asked Yashoda that what is happening, mother. On this Yashoda told Lord Krishna about her vow and hence Nand Baba and Yashoda are going to pilgrimage.

Krishna called the four Dhams to Braj

On this Krishna said, Mother, you are going on pilgrimage in old age. I invite all the pilgrims to Braj. After this, Shri Krishna invoked all the four dhams with his illusion and called them to Braj and one by one all the pilgrimages came and appeared in Braj. All the pilgrimages exist in which the four dhams Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri and Gangotri are also present in Braj 84 Kos only.

Badrinath Dham

There is a temple named Adibadrinath in 84 kos parikrama of Braj which comes under Kamyavan. On the request of Lord Krishna, Lord Badrinarayan appeared along with Nand Baba and Yashoda Maiya to give darshan to the Brajvasis and was named Budha Badri. On the way from Deeg to Kaman, there is Alaknanda Kund near Budha Badri temple where devotees take bath.

At the same time, about 36 kilometers from Govardhan, there is Adibadri Dham near Deeg area. Lord Badrinath also built Devsarovar himself. Nar-Narayan mountain is also present here face to face.

Yamunotri and Gangotri

At some distance from Adibadri Dham, there is Yamunotri and Gangotri Dham on a hill. Both these temples can be seen together.

Kedanath Dham

Lord Kedarnath is sitting in a small cave under a huge rock in the form of Sheshnag, on a mountain near village Villond, about 10 kilometers from Kaman. Gaurikund is located at the foot of the mountain on which the Kedarnath temple is situated. The temple is at a height of about 500 feet and one can reach the temple by climbing about 450 steps. The images of Nandi, Ganesh and Sheshnag are visible on this hill.
