This verse is from Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 7, Verse 8. It is written in Sanskrit and translated into Hindi as:
raso ’ham apsu kaunteya prabhāsmi śhaśhi-sūryayoḥ
praṇavaḥ sarva-vedeṣhu śhabdaḥ khe pauruṣhaṁ nṛiṣhu ||8||
"O Kaunteya (Arjuna)! I am the taste in water, the light in the moon and sun, Pranava (Om) in the Vedas, the sound in the sky, and the semen in men."
In this verse, Lord Krishna is introducing his all-pervasive and omnipresent form.
He says -
"Arjuna! When you taste the sweet water, know that it is Me.
When you see the brilliance of the moon and the sun, know that it is a reflection of Me.
When you hear the divine sound of Om in the Vedas, know that it is My voice.
When you hear the Anhad Naad in the sky, know that it is Me too.
And when you see manliness, strength and courage in a man, know that he is a part of Me."
Bhagwan teaches us that God is not some far-off, hidden entity.
He is present all around us, in our every experience -
in taste, in light, in sound and in the power of life.
The day we learn to see this, that day every experience becomes an encounter with the presence of God.
In short:
Lord Shri Krishna himself is manifested in the taste of water, the light of the sun and moon, the form of Pranav (Om) of the Vedas, the sound of the sky and the bravery of men.
In every moment, in every element, He is with us.
