When the grand Ram Darbar on the first floor was opened to the public, the temple trust introduced a time-bound special pass system to manage crowd flow. However, due to the limited number of passes issued daily, many devotees traveling from far-off places could only visit the ground floor (Garbha Griha) and were unable to view the Ram Darbar on the upper level.

To make the pilgrimage seamless and accessible to every devotee without discrimination, the trust decided to scrap the pass requirement altogether with immediate effect.

Under the revised guidelines, devotees can complete their entire visit through a single, unified queue:

1. Entry via General Queue: Devotees will enter through the main gate and move along the standard queue to perform darshan of Ram Lalla at the sanctum sanctorum (Garbha Griha).

2. Direct Access to First Floor: Immediately after paying homage to Ram Lalla, pilgrims can directly proceed to the first floor via designated pathways inside the complex—without needing any pass or permit.

3. Two Darshans in One Queue: Devotees can now witness both Ram Lalla and the divine Ram Darbar (featuring Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Lakshman, and Lord Hanuman) in a single flow.
