Tuesday Special: The Solution to Every Crisis Lies Within These 2 Verses of Hanuman Chalisa

New Delhi: Today is Tuesday, March 31, 2026. In Hinduism, Tuesday is dedicated to the strength, courage, and divine protection of Lord Hanuman, the "Sankatmochan" (Reliever of Troubles). Composed by Goswami Tulsidas, the 'Hanuman Chalisa' is not merely a hymn but a collection of potent mantras. According to astrology and spiritual traditions, every line of the Chalisa has a unique impact, but two specific verses (Chaupais) are believed to possess the power to ward off even the greatest crises.

1. For Freedom from Diseases and Suffering

If you are struggling with physical ailments, a long-term illness, or mental stress, this verse acts as a divine 'Sanjeevani' (life-restorer).

Chaupai: "Nasai Roga Harai Sab Peera | Japat Nirantar Hanumat Beera ||"

  • Meaning: By constantly chanting the name of the brave Lord Hanuman, all diseases are destroyed and every type of physical and mental agony comes to an end.

  • Ritual: Light a lamp with jasmine oil before Lord Hanuman this evening and chant this verse at least 108 times.

2. To Overcome Hardships and Life’s Obstacles

When no path seems clear and crises surround you from all sides, take refuge in this verse.

Chaupai: "Sankat Katai Mitai Sab Peera | Jo Sumirai Hanumat Balbeera ||"

  • Meaning: All troubles vanish and all pains are erased for those who remember the mighty and powerful Hanuman.

  • Ritual: During times of crisis or every Tuesday, sit on a red mat and meditate on this verse with a calm mind. This boosts self-confidence and turns difficult circumstances in your favor.

Special Tuesday Guidelines (Tuesday Special Tips):

  • Auspicious Color (Red): Wear Red clothing today. This strengthens the influence of the planet Mars (Mangal) and attracts the grace of Lord Hanuman.

  • Offerings (Prasad): Offer Boondi or Besan Laddu to the Lord. If possible, feed jaggery and roasted gram (Gur-Chana) to monkeys.

  • Sunderkand Recitation: Reciting the Sunderkand during the Pradosh Kaal (twilight) this evening is exceptionally rewarding, as today also marks the auspicious occasion of Bhaum Pradosh.
