Navratri Makhana Aur Kaju ki Kheer

Material :

1 1/3 cup lotus seed
3 tablespoon ghee
1/2 teaspoon spice cardamom
2 pistachios
500 ml milk
4 tablespoon khoya
2 almonds
1 1/3 cup cashews

Method :

Step 1 :
Saute lotus seeds and cashew nuts in ghee
To make this scrumptious recipe, heat ghee in a non-stick pan. After the ghee is not enough, add lotus seeds and cashew nuts into the ghee and saute them for a while. Keep it aside.

Step 2 :
Simmer the milk and add all other ingredients
Now, take another saucepan and pour milk into it. Over a high flame, bring the milk to boil and then the heat to the lowest. Add sauteed lotus seeds and cashew nuts to the milk and mix. Then, add cardamom powder, pistachios, and almonds to the simmering milk. Mix well and let it simmer for a while. After the milk turns quite thick, turn off the flame and refrigerate until cool. Enjoy chilled.
