Cottage cheese half a cup
Water chestnuts a cup
1 cup boiled mash potatoes,
1 spoon ginger powder
Coarsely ground cashew nut bowl
1 finely chopped green chillies,
2 cups whipped yogurt,
Sufficient oil for frying.
First, garnish the cheese, mix potatoes, cashews, raisins, green chillies, ginger and rock salt in it. Make small balls of it.
