Navratri Potato Balls

Material :

2 large potatoes
4 raw bananas boiled, peeled and mashed,
Cottage cheese 100 grams,
1/2 cup sago (flour) finely ground,
1-1 tsp ginger,
Green chili powder,
Pepper powder,
Rock salt
Peppermint powder
Finely chopped
green coriander
Oil for frying.

Method :

First cut the paneer into 1-1 inch pieces and keep a little salt and pepper in the burqa. Mix all the ingredients except oil and cottage cheese and make balls (as many pieces of cheese). Take 1 ball and spread it on the palm. Place 1 piece of cheese on it and close it properly.
 
Now heat the oil and fry each circle till it becomes golden. Take it off and cut it from the middle and decorate it with green chutney all around and offer to make hot potato balls with.
