"Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu" is the beginning verse of a popular Hindu prayer known as the "Devi Suktam" or "Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu Stuti." This prayer is dedicated to Devi, the Divine Mother or Goddess, and it is recited to seek her blessings, protection, and guidance. The verse itself can be translated as:

"Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu" means "The Goddess who resides in all beings."
"Shakti Rupena Samsthita" means "In the form of divine energy."

The full "Devi Suktam" consists of several verses that praise the various forms and qualities of the Goddess. It is often recited during festivals and rituals dedicated to the Divine Mother, especially during Navaratri, a nine-night festival celebrating the goddess Durga.
