Method of Dwadashi Vrat

  • Morning bath: On the day of Dwadashi, wake up early in the morning and take a bath with Ganga water or use pilgrimage water.
  • Worship of Lord Vishnu: Offer lamp, incense and naivedya in front of the idol of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi and worship them.
  • End of the fast: End the Ekadashi fast at the appropriate time on this day. Eat satvik food while breaking the fast.
  • Charity: Donate food, clothes, and money to the poor, Brahmins, and the needy on this day.
