This Friday fast can be started from any Friday. If this fast is a Friday of Shukla Paksha, then it is good.
While starting this fast, the fasting person should take a resolution that how many Fridays will he fast. For this, 7, 11, 21, 31, 51, and 101 can be fasted on Fridays.
Worship of Vaibhav Lakshmi Vrat
To observe the fast on Friday, the people should wake up in the Brahma Muhurta and take a bath and wear clean clothes. After wearing clothes, one should take a vow to fast in front of the mother. The idol and Shri Yantra of Goddess Lakshmi should be installed at any place in the house. Mata Rani should be worshiped in the evening. One should listen to the story of Vaibhav Lakshmi and offer it to her. After distributing the prasad, the fast can have one meal at a time.
