ISKCON Temple Dwarka is a Hindu and Vaishnavite temple, dedicated to Lord Shri Krishna and Radharani. This temple is known as Sri Sri Rukmini Devi Temple. This temple is located at Iskkan Marg, Dwarka Sector-13, Delhi. The work of maintenance of this temple is done by ISCAN institution. The temple has a very beautiful idol of Lord Shri Krishna and Radha Rani. This temple is built on about 2 acres of land.
ISKCON is an organization, which is a non-profit organization. The purpose of ISKCON is to spread the values and teachings of our Vedas. This Iscan temple located in Delhi Dwarka is a beautiful place to attain such values and to make your life even more fruitful and meaningful. The temple is a unique VCEC or Vedic and cultural education center.
ISKCON Temple of Dwarka has a large temple hall, an auditorium, a guesthouse, a restaurant, a hall for wedding and birthday celebrations, halls for education, a kitchen and bedroom in a residential wing. Temple shops, offices and halls are ready for use.
The ISKCON temple is performed by a very high standard of worship. Brahminically trained priests worship the gods according to strict spiritual rules. Goddesses are worshiped every day by the six Aartis, the main ones being Mangala Aarti, Dhup Aarti, Raj Bhog Aarti, Sandhya Aarti, Shayan Aarti. ISKCON temples are celebrated with greetings from festivals like Janmashtami, Ram Navi, Gauri Purnima, Radhashtami and Govardhan.
