This verse is from Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 7, Verse 14. It is written in Sanskrit and translated into Hindi as:
daivī hyeṣhā guṇa-mayī mama māyā duratyayā
mām eva ye prapadyante māyām etāṁ taranti te ||14||
"This divine Maya of mine, which is made up of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas, can be crossed with great difficulty. But those who surrender to Me with complete faith, they cross this web of Maya."
Sometimes it seems as if in life we remain entangled even after knowing everything - this is the divine Maya of God, which is made up of three qualities like Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. Shri Krishna says that this Maya is so subtle and deep that an ordinary person cannot come out of it. But the person who comes to the Lord's refuge with honesty, with full devotion - "O Lord! Now you only show the way" - only he gets free from this web of illusion. This surrender is not a weakness but the greatest strength that connects us to God.
